The easiest way to remove an app is directly from your App Library. Here’s how:

1. Put on your Meta Quest headset and navigate to the App Library from the home menu.
2. Find the app you want to uninstall.
3. Hover over the app and click the three-dot menu that appears.
4. Select Uninstall, then confirm the action.

This method is quick and works well when you want to remove a single app on the spot.

Method 2: Uninstall Apps from Storage Settings on Meta Quest

For better storage management, you can uninstall apps from the Storage section of the settings. This method also allows you to see how much space each app takes up and sort them by size.

1. Open Settings from the menu.
2. In the General section, select Storage.
3. You’ll see a list of installed apps from which can be sorted from largest to smallest
4. Select the app you want to remove and choose Uninstall.

This method is useful if you’re trying to free up space efficiently by removing the largest apps first.
