I found the Vega Q1’s very comfortable. They are really lightweight which make them easy to have on for long periods of time. I have a larger head and didn’t have any issues with adjusting them or having them squeeze my head too much.

It’s fully compatible with Meta Quest 2, 3, and 3S, plus other major platforms like Steam Deck, PICO 4, PS5, PS4, PC, Nintendo Switch, and even Xbox (via 3.5mm wired mode). Again, you must use the USB-C dongle or be wired into the Meta Quest to avoid latency issues. Do not connect via Bluetooth to the Quest!
