How to Anchor Windows/Apps/Screens in the Home Environment on Meta Quest 3 & 3s

Version 83 is released on Meta Quest 3 and 3s. There are a lot of changes either for the better or for the worse. One of the changes I’m actually enjoying is the ability to “Anchor” windows, apps, or screens in your Home Environment.
