The M3 Pro does have two pad along the top of the head instead of the strap across the top like the H4 Boost. These two little pads can’t be adjusted or removed (they can be removed in the S3 Version). Because of my head shape, I had to adjust the M3 Pro in a certain way or else they were really digging into my head.
Both straps fit the Quest 3 and Quest 3S securely and can be adjusted quickly for shared use.
