Sometimes you might want to lay down while using your Meta Quest 3 or 3s. This is great for watching movies or TV shows, browsing the web, or playing low-key games. Luckily, there is a setting that you can use to allow you to do this.

In order to enable the setting to use the Meta Quest while laying down, you can follow these steps:

1. Open the Settings menu
2. Scroll on the left-hand side down to “Advanced”
3. Partway down that menu you’ll see “Use Apps While Lying Down”
4. Enable this setting

Just make sure to turn it off after you are finished as it might mess with other apps and make it tedious when re-centering yourself later.
