Prescription Quality
First, and probably most important, is the question whether the prescription quality is good or not. I can confirm that they did very well with my prescription. My eyes always take a little to adjust to new lenses from different companies but that’s normal. After a few minutes, my eyes felt comfortable and they felt very similar to the lenses in my normal glasses.
One thing I always look for is how the lenses do towards the edges. Often, cheaper lenses with start to get quite blurry towards the edges but that didn’t happen with these ones. I felt it was very clear and accurate right to the sides.
Another thing I check is the thickness of the lenses. I have a higher prescription which means my lenses can get quite thick. Companies will have a high-index option which I always use but that doesn’t always help the cause. In this case, the transition lenses were very thin for my prescription. I was very impressed. The polarized lenses weren’t quite as thin but still worked good in the frames.

Price & Value
Plain, clear lenses start at $20. However, prices will change depending on options chosen and your prescription. Polarized or transition lenses add $25 to the base price. As I mentioned before, I have a bit of a higher prescription so my lenses ended up being $120. this is definitely more expensive than other options out there. However, I have tried some of the cheaper options and the quality just wasn’t as good. Not saying that all cheaper options aren’t good or that you won’t be okay with them, but in this case, you are paying for what you get a little bit.
Verdict
Overall, these are a great prescription lenses for Meta AI glasses. With so many options, you can really get them customized to what you’d like. the price might make some people shy away. If I were to get these lenses from an actual glasses store or optometrist office, they would be well over $200 (and that’s on the cheaper end). So $120 in comparison really isn’t that bad. Are their cheaper options? For sure. But make sure you are willing to compromise on quality. VR-Rock has done a phenomenal job with these lenses.
