The Yezro Y14 VR Golf Club is the newest in the line of VR golf clubs from Yezro. They have been making solid VR golf clubs for a few years now and haven’t disappointed with this one. You can watch the video below where I go through the assembly, show the measurements and weight, do some gameplay with Walkabout Mini Golf and Golf+, and give you my full review. Or you can read about most of this further down.

Yezro Y14 Design Overview
The design type for the Yezro Y14 is slightly different than any of their previous version golf clubs. The handle is made of the same high quality grip material. The shaft is aluminum giving it a nice feel. The weight is one solid stainless steel piece. But then the difference comes in the controller holder.
In previous version, the controller holder had a base piece that had four little screws in it that held it in place. This new design doesn’t have any screws. It is one solid piece that has a similar silicone grip pad on the inside. The tightening mechanism on the outside resemble previous versions and holds the controller tight when fastened. You can then tie the controller wrist strap around the metal bar for extra security as recommended in the instructions.
Yezro Y14 Weight and Length
The length and the weight of the Y14 have two variations. First let’s discuss the length.

With the weight attached, the length is about 20 inches. Without the weight attached, the length is about 17 inches.

The weight of the Y14 with the weight attached (and with the controller inserted) is about 591 grams. The weight of the Y14 without the extra weight (but still with the controller) is about 361 grams.
So quite a range there between the two weights. The extra weight itself weighs about 231 grams. This design is different from other versions where the weights are rings and can be removed in increments. This weight is one solid piece and either has to all be used or none at all.
Yezro Y14 Experience
I wasn’t sure what to think when I first opened it up. This design is different, as I mentioned above. So I was excited to try it out.
I like the overall length of this club. I found that ~20 inches (with the weight attached) was enough of a length that it made it feel more realistic while doing full swings in Golf+ but not too long where I needed a ton of extra space or I was afraid of hitting the ceiling. Then without the extra weight the length drops to ~17 inches which is especially good for small space users.
In terms of weight. I really liked the extra weight when playing Golf+. It made the swing feel more realistic and mimicked the weight of a club. The balance of the weight seemed better on this club than some of the previous versions with the ring weights as well.
When I was playing Walkabout Mini Golf. I enjoyed this club without the extra weight. I found that the weight was unnecessary when putting and was more of a nuisance to carry the whole time. I was glad to have the option to either have the weight on or be able to take it off.
Yezro Y14 Price and Where to Buy
At the time of posting this, the Yezro Y14 is on sale on their website for $69.99 and is regular priced at $89.99. I’ll be honest with you, there are definitely cheaper options on the market. However, they won’t feel and be as high quality as one like this. All of the other clubs that I have test from other companies have quite a bit of plastic in the design, and their securing systems are all different as well.

Final Thoughts on the Yezro Y14 VR Golf Club
If you are looking for a solid VR Golf Club attachment for your Meta Quest 3, 3s, or Pro, you should definitely consider the Yezro Y14. The weight and length options make it versatile for those with little space, and a little more as well. When comparing it to their other VR Golf Clubs, I would say this is my second favourite overall, but a very close second. I really like the Yezro Y28 as it has so many options for length and weight. However, I feel like the balance of weight of the Y14 is on point. Really, you can’t go wrong with a Yezro club which ever one you choose!
