Hand Tracking is a unique and fun way to use your Meta Quest 3 or 3s. Some apps/games actually make you use hand tracking. Check out where you can access the hand tracking settings on your Meta Quest 3 and 3s in this video below.
To find the hand tracking settings on your Meta Quest 3 or 3s you can follow these steps.
- Open the Settings Menu
- Scroll on the left side to Movement Tracking option
- You will find the Hand Tracking setting options in the top section of this tab.
The double tap of the controllers and the laying down the controllers are both solid options to enable hand tracking. You just need to make sure that they are both turned on in the settings.
