How to Customize the Library on Meta Quest 3 & 3s – Meta Quest Tips

The new interface on the V83 update allows you to really customize the library on your Meta Quest 3 and 3s. I actually like the new menu. It take a little getting used to but it looks better than the old one. Check out the video below, or read further down of the options available.

Library View on Meta Quest 3 & 3s - Meta Quest Tips

On the left hand side you will see options to select in general what you would like to see. They include:

  • All
  • Apps
  • Worlds
  • Horizon+
  • Unknown Sources
  • Downloads

Personally, I don’t like seeing the Worlds in my menu all of the time. So I usually select just Apps.

On the right hand side you’ll have two options. Filter and Sort. With filter, you can select from these options:

  • All
  • Installed
  • Updates
  • Not Installed
  • Hidden

For me, I most often just use Installed so that I’m seeing games that are ready to play.

Under Sort, you can see these options:

  • Most Recent
  • Alphabetical (A-Z)
  • Alphabetical (Z-A)

I usually just leave it on Most Recent.

The last thing you can do is Pin apps to your library. This will override any of the other filters or sorting and keep the pinned apps at the top of the library where you can easily access them.
