Need to move videos, screenshots, or other files between your Meta Quest headset and your Windows computer? It’s quick and easy! Here’s how to do it:

1. Put on your headset.
   Power on your Meta Quest or Meta Quest 3/3s and make sure it’s ready to connect.
2. Plug it into your PC.
   Use the included USB-C cable (or another compatible one) to connect your headset to your Windows computer.
3. Allow USB Data Transfer.
   Inside the headset, you’ll see a prompt asking to allow data access. Select “Allow” to give your PC permission to view your Quest’s files.
4. Approve the connection on your PC.
   On your computer, a popup should appear. Choose “View files” or the default file explorer option.
5. Transfer your files!
   Your Quest will now appear like a regular external drive. Open the folder, browse to “Internal Shared Storage”, and drag or copy files as you like — whether it’s gameplay captures, downloads, or custom content.

That’s it! You’ve successfully connected your Meta Quest to your Windows PC and can easily move files back and forth between your Quest and PC!
